[02.09.2008] “Liepna from bird view while flying 2008”
In the first week-end of September in Aluksne district Liepna there will be air-balloon festival, which is organized by Liepna development group “Chance” in collaboration with sport club “99 air-balloons”.

Flying are planned to take place in the morning of 5^th and 6^th September and there will be events between pilots – with participation of observers. Besides on Saturday in Liepna boarding elementary school stadium first time there will be special competitions for balloon riders on earth. In Saturday evening in Liepna People house will be party with group “Again this evening”.
